Payment options

Online payment | Book Now - 100% deposit

An online booking is made in four steps:

1. Add to the cart the service you want to book: Once you are in the tour you want to book, you must select the date when you want to do the tour in the calendar and the respective number of people. You can add as much as tours as you want !

2. Check your booking summary:  Once in the travel cart, you will be able to verify that all services are added in the correct dates times and total prices. In this step, you will proceed to pay the total price of the services to make the booking.

3. Complete the information requested:  Then, we will ask you to answer all required booking questions (name, last name  etc. ) Also, information about you accommodation at the island will be required to pick you up on the day of the tour.

4. Pay your reservation online:  We use PayPal as a secure payment method therefore you will  be redirected to the payment website. A PayPal account is nor required accepting all credit cards for your convenience. In case the payment is successful, you will return to our website; at the same time, we will send you the corresponding confirmation ticket, with all your tours booked.

If you need to cancel a reservation please send us an email indicating you want to cancel the tour.

  • Cancellation fee of 50.0% is charged if cancelled 10 day(s) or less before the event
  • Cancellation fee of 30.0% is charged if cancelled 30 day(s) or less before the event
  • Cancellation fee of 15.0% is charged if cancelled 40 day(s) or less before the event
  • No show: 100% of the deposit

E-mail Invoice | 50% deposit - 50% cash after tours

If you choose to book with this payment option we will kindly ask you for a 50% deposit of the total amount of the tours requested (PayPal invoice will be manually sent to your e-mail) The balance of the price of your booking must be paid cash at the end of our services to the tour guide. Please make sure that the bills are in good conditions, not stained or writing otherwise they will be not taken. For your convenience PayPal accept all credit card payments. Please send us all your tour requirements using our “contact form”.

This payment method does not apply for cruise excursions.

If you need to cancel a reservation please send us an email indicating you want to cancel the tour. 

  • Cancellation fee of 25.0% is charged if cancelled 10 day(s) or less before the event
  • Cancellation fee of 15 .0% is charged if cancelled 30 day(s) or less before the event
  • Cancellation fee of 10% is charged if cancelled 40 day(s) or less before the event.
  • No show: 100% of the depos
